Return Policy

By purchasing from my site, you agree to your understanding of the following:

I understand that any digital purchases completed on this site will be delivered by "BookFunnel". I have the app, or understand how to retrieve the product from my confirmation/download email. I will check that my provided email address is correct. I will check my spam and any possible related email accounts if I don't see the confirmation/download email where I expected it.

I do not offer returns on digital products (ebooks, audiobooks). If there is some error with your order, a disrupted file, anything like that, I'm happy to work with you on getting it corrected so that you can consume the media you purchased access to as intended. I do not, however, offer refunds for any other reason on digital products.

On physical products, I can work with you on replacement for lost packages or purchased items that may arrive damaged or broken. If I cannot replace the item, a refund or discount may be offered. I make a real effort to give all pertinent info and provide pictures of exactly what you're getting. I cannot offer refunds for any other reasons.
