Can you come to my event/be a guest on my show/pop in to my book club?

Thank you so much for thinking of me - it's always a blessing to be considered. Unfortunately, I am not currently accepting any invitations for appearances, with exceptions for organizations/people I have an established relationship with.

Can You Write Another Book For My Favorite Couple?

Sorry, my brain doesn’t work like that! I leave all my couples in a place where they’re happily together, and I’m always satisfied with the story I’ve told. When I type the end, it’s the end for me.

Can I Send You My Manuscript For Feedback?

No. I do not offer any type of feedback services because I do not have the time or desire to embark on such an endeavor at this place in my life.

Can You Coach/Mentor Me On My Publishing Journey?

Not on a personal level, but I’m very open with the majority of knowledge and experience I have in this industry, most of which I’ve shared via my YouTube channel. If you can’t find the answers you’re looking for there, feel free to drop a question! I’ve also designed a planning resource for authors that you might found valuable - Momentum Shift.

Can We Collaborate On A Book/Series?

I would need to be very close with someone to work together at that level.

Can I Purchase Signed Paperbacks?

Only at certain times of the year. When I have them, I’ll make announcements on my site and in my newsletter to put the word out.

I Missed The Specialty Box /Special Edition You Did - How Do I Get It?

The vast majority of special editions/boxes that I do will be funneled through my Patreon, and will often be exclusive to that group (The CCJ Romance Society)

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated (like pre-orders or back orders)

How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?

You can click the "view order" button in your order email to see available tracking numbers or other updates.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim or replacement.

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but it may depend on the stage of the shipping process and the policies of our shipping carriers.

Returns

Can I make a return/seek a refund?

I do not offer returns or refunds on digital products. For physical products that are lost or damaged in transit, we can work with you on a refund/replacement. Please email us for more info.
